Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to apply their clinical data expertise to one of the most exciting frontiers in technology — AI development. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, outputs, and reasoning for clinical accuracy and real-world validity

Apply your knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflows, and health data standards to assess and improve AI model performance

Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or inefficiencies in AI-generated health informatics content and provide structured, expert feedback

Evaluate data pipelines, reporting logic,



and clinical decision-support outputs against industry best practices

Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of domain experts and AI researchers Who You Are Hands-on experience working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms

Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting

Comfortable reviewing technical and clinical content with a critical eye

Able to communicate complex findings clearly in written form

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable in a remote, async workplace Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows

Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, ICD coding, or other health data standards
