Health, Safety & Environment Junior Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Health, Safety & Environment Junior Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Promote and support a proactive health, safety, and environmental culture.
- Conduct workplace inspections, and field safety observations
- Monitor compliance with company policies, safe work practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide HSE guidance and support to employees, supervisors, contractors, and visitors

Future Responsibilities

- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSE programs and procedures.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Atmospheric testing of confined spaces

Qualifications

- Combination of HSE education, and training.




- Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, industry standards, and safe work practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in industrial and outdoor environments, including shipboard and confined-space settings.
- Flexibility to accommodate shift changes, overtime, and extended hours as required.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
