VCH is on the lookout for a Wellness, Health and Safety Advisor focused on Medical and Academic Affairs. This pivotal role leverages your extensive knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety to design, implement, and evaluate wellness programs tailored to medical personnel. Engage with various stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure programs are culturally protected and inclusive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Medical Staff Wellness strategies
• Evaluate programs for psychological health effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams for curriculum and training




• Integrate trauma-informed programming into wellness initiatives
• Champion safety and wellness across organizational roles
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Health Promotion
• Over 5 years in Psychological Health and Safety
• Previous clinical experience is advantageous
• Certification in health promotion or trauma-informed care
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships
