BRT Construction is looking to bring on experienced, hard working and committed Backhoe Operators. We are a Shallow Utility Company with services focusing on the telecommunications and power sectors.

Job Responsibilities

- Work independently.
- Be able to read and understand locates and drawings.
- Move fill and sand.
- Excavate trenches etc. for shallow utility installation.
- Complete daily equipment inspections.
- Daily maintenance of equipment such as greasing and fueling.
- Assist with equipment servicing.
- Check and shoot grades.
- Haul and load equipment.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail oriented and hardworking.
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and reliable
- Organized and possessed excellent time management skills.
- Ambitious, motivated, solid work ethics.




- Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team

Looking to fill the positions immediately, we offer industry competitive wages and benefit plans. Hourly wage is negotiable based on experience and ability

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $30.00-$37.00 per hour
