Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Skilled Equipment Operator to join our construction team. This role involves operating a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders and backhoes to support diverse construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess solid mechanical knowledge and experience in heavy equipment operation, contributing to efficient project completion while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Operate excavators, loaders, backhoes, and other compact equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with site preparation, grading, paving, and excavation tasks as needed.




- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor equipment issues and performing basic repairs when necessary.

Qualifications

- Valid commercial driver’s license.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced construction environment while adhering to safety standards.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
