Duties

- Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client preferences, offering expert advice, and creating a relaxing experience
- Upsell additional services or retail products such as nail care treatments, hand creams, or polish to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Educate clients on proper nail maintenance and aftercare to promote healthy nails between appointments
- Build strong relationships with clients through friendly communication,



personalized recommendations, and consistent quality work
- Keep appointment schedules organized and manage retail inventory efficiently

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and techniques
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer care
- Passion for the beauty industry with a keen eye for detail and creativity
- Retail sales experience is desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm for promoting products is essential
