NOW HIRING – EXTERIOR CLEANER / PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Kings Janitorial is looking for an experienced and reliable Exterior Cleaner / Property Maintenance Worker to join our team.

Position: Part-Time, leading to Full-Time

Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week

Pay: $25.00/hour

Schedule: Daytime shifts

We are looking for someone who has experience with:

- Pressure washing
- Exterior building cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Lawn care and general property maintenance
- Safely operating pressure washing and lawn care equipment

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience with exterior cleaning and property maintenance
- Comfortable using pressure washers and lawn care equipment
- Able to work independently
- Reliable and dependable




- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Available for daytime shifts

This position will start at a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the chance to grow into a full-time position. If you have experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, lawn care, and exterior property maintenance, we’d love to hear from you!
