Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule home care services based on client needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers.
- Complete client intakes and assist with care planning.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Respond promptly to scheduling changes and service requests.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
- Monitor service quality and address client concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with management to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist with administrative duties as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
- A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality care in a home setting.
Qualifications
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or client service coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Experience with scheduling software is an asset.
- Knowledge of the Alberta home care system is considered an asset.

Availability: Causal Days, evenings and weekends
