Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Evaluate AI-generated content related to hospital data governance, clinical data management, and healthcare compliance for accuracy and real-world validity

Identify gaps, inaccuracies, and unrealistic recommendations in AI outputs related to data governance frameworks and health information standards

Apply your expertise in HIPAA, data quality controls, and cross-functional healthcare workflows to assess and improve AI responses

Provide structured, expert-level feedback using transparent evaluation rubrics

Draw on your experience with clinical, IT, and compliance stakeholders to spot nuanced errors that only a domain expert would catch





Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced in healthcare data governance, health information management, or clinical data operations

Strong command of healthcare privacy regulations and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA

Familiar with cross-functional healthcare environments — working across clinical, technical, and administrative teams

Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach to evaluating complex information

Able to clearly articulate why something is accurate, incomplete, or misleading in a healthcare data context

No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems

Background in health informatics, clinical informatics, or health IT implementation

Familiarity with EHR systems, data warehousing, or healthcare analytics platforms
