Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) About The Role What if your expertise in healthcare data governance could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about hospital systems, clinical records, and health compliance? Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Apply your healthcare data governance expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical data management and hospital operations
Review AI outputs for accuracy, compliance alignment, and clinical appropriateness — flagging gaps, errors, and inconsistencies
Help define quality standards for how AI models handle sensitive health data concepts, regulatory frameworks, and governance workflows
Work across clinical, IT, and compliance domains to ensure AI reasoning reflects real-world healthcare data practices
Provide structured, expert feedback using evaluation tools designed for healthcare subject matter
Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations
Deep understanding of healthcare privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks — including HIPAA and related standards
Comfortable working across clinical, technical, and administrative domains
Detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach to evaluating information quality
Strong written communicator who can document findings clearly and concisely
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
Background in health informatics, clinical documentation, or EHR systems
Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
