Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve hot foods with efficiency and care, ensuring quality and safety standards are met at all times
- Maintain attractive and organized displays of hot foods to entice customers and promote sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, assisting with selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Keep the hot foods area clean, sanitized, and well-stocked through regular cleaning and inventory management
- Assist with merchandising efforts to highlight new or promotional items effectively

Requirements





- Previous experience in retail sales or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Ability to operate basic equipment such as fryers, warming trays, or other food preparation tools; forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members in a bilingual environment if applicable
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels, cleanliness, and presentation standards efficiently
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks like lifting or moving supplies as needed
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends as required
