Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and minimal wait times
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with sanitation standards
- Assist in training new team members on food preparation, POS operation, and customer service protocols
- Support shift leadership by overseeing team coordination,



resolving customer concerns, and ensuring operational standards are met

Experience

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and basic math skills for cash transactions and inventory management
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
