Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Paradise Inn and Suites, Valleyview. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including hotels, hospitality venues, and industrial facilities. This position requires a solid work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.

- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed.

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.

- Assist in the organization of storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the facility.

Skills





- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hotel or hospitality environments is preferred.

- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.

- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and guests.
