Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Housekeepers and Professional Cleaners to join our agile team! Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently
- Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal preparation as needed to support client requests
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any specific cleaning preferences or requests
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments, ensuring punctuality and efficiency




- Uphold safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a protected environment for both staff and clients

Requirements

- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment throughout the day
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and light cooking skills are advantageous
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude toward delivering outstanding service
