Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using established procedures and safety guidelines
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a spotless environment
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure availability for guests' needs
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to uphold safety standards
- Follow proper waste disposal procedures and ensure recycling protocols are adhered to
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and assist with linen management as needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests

Experience





- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial or hospitality settings
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment used in professional cleaning environments
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions
