Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, mirrors, and floors according to hygiene standards
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards
- Follow established protocols for waste disposal and linen handling to promote environmental sustainability




- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to provide a safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness

Experience

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially within hotel or hospitality settings
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated shifts
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive attitude toward guest service standards
