Housekeeping Supervisor

MUST HAVE A VALID CANADIAN WORK PERMIT/CITIZEN/PERMANENT RESIDENT

Atlantic Host Hotel is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as Housekeeping Supervisor. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is organized and has the ability to work independently. The position will include a variety of tasks related to housekeeping such as housekeeping supplies ordering, cleaning, inventory, laundry, and restocking supplies.

Responsibilities:

·Oversee housekeeping activities including supplies ordering, cleaning, and restocking.

·Develop and implement an efficient housekeeping schedule that meets all guest expectations.

·Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and maintained in accordance with established standards and guidelines.

·Ensure that all laundry facilities are kept clean and properly maintained.





·Maintain the appearance of the hotel lobby at all times; including the stocking of supplies, maintaining the appearance of the common areas, etc.

·Manage the supply inventory; including purchasing, organizing, tracking, and ordering supplies as needed.

·Assist with daily maintenance requests when they arise.

·Maintain positive relations with guests by providing excellent service in a friendly and helpful manner.

·Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·Housekeeping experience is required; cleaning, housekeeping or other related experience preferred.
