We are seeking a part time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team on a 2 – 3 day per week schedule. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who takes pride in high cleanliness standards, enjoys leading a team, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This position requires candidates to be located within the Whistler area or to have reliable local accommodations in place prior to starting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support the daily housekeeping team, including room attendants and housepersons
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Assign and prioritize room assignments based on arrivals, departures, and special requests
- Monitor and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens,



and amenities
- Communicate with the front desk regarding room status, maintenance issues, and guest requests
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, product usage, and brand standards
- Assist with hands-on cleaning duties as needed to support the team during peak periods
- Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness and presentation standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods
- Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification is an asset

Pay: From $29.00 per hour
