Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residence rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine setting.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational facilities.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure availability for guests’ needs.
- Follow established safety and sanitation procedures to promote a healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly.
- Adhere to all home policies and procedures related to cleanliness, security, and guest privacy.




- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned to uphold high hygiene standards.

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within hotel or hospitality settings.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products used in industrial cleaning environments.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service principles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond effectively to guest requests.
