Duties

- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training & development, and succession planning.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues promptly, mediating conflicts, and promoting a respectful and inclusive culture.
- Oversee HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, Dayforce, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, and others to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Lead recruitment efforts utilizing ATS platforms and HR sourcing techniques to attract top talent through creative sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate program management activities related to employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and compliance programs.
- Supervise HR team members providing guidance on process improvement initiatives and ensuring adherence to policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends in workforce metrics and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Skills





- Extensive experience in human resources management with a focus on change management and process optimization.
- Proven talent acquisition expertise with strong negotiation skills for employment offers and contract terms.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, Dayforce, PeopleSoft, Ceridian for data collection and reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated supervising experience leading HR teams through strategic initiatives and daily operations.
- Knowledge of payroll systems including ADP, Kronos, Workday or equivalent platforms like Paycom or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Skilled in training & development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to manage budgets related to HR programs while ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Familiarity with legal compliance standards across various regions concerning employment law and employee rights.
