support, guidance and resolution on a range of system, program and process matters.
Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment & labour law 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable Undergraduate degree/diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration Bachelor of Business Administration is acceptable Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor of Commerce is acceptable Competencies Capability to transform systems: Encourage and support innovation Interpersonal skills Communication skills Critical thinking skills Mobilizes people, inspires and leads by example Computer skills Analytical skills Knowledge and Abilities Commitment to a diverse, representative workforce and cultural safety Knowledge in applicable legislation and standards Strong interpersonal skills Exemplifies ethical practices,
