Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is hiring an HRIS Analyst to join their HR Analytics & Insights team.

This role owns the HR technology ecosystem end to end. You will support and enhance both enterprise platforms and in-house applications, lead HRIS projects across HR and IT, and act as the go-to expert on data integrity, PeopleSoft HCM, and system integrations.

What you'll do:

- Lead HRIS initiatives from requirements through UAT, working across HR and IT
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot data discrepancies and interface failures
- Run data reconciliations and integrity audits across PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, and Compensation systems
- Manage the development backlog and communicate system changes to stakeholders




- Drive alignment between Local and Global HR/IT teams on strategic design

What you bring:

- 5-7 years of HRIS experience
- Experience with HRIS systems, PeopleSoft HCM preferred
- Experience developing and troubleshooting PeopleSoft Queries
- Advanced Excel skills
- Robust communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Knowledge of HR processes and the banking industry a plus. Interested candidates can apply directly or reach out to learn more.
