● Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Talent Development
● Lead training and development programs that build team capabilities and support career progression.
● Lead performance review and feedback processes that promote accountability and continuous improvement.
HR Operations & Administration
● Oversee HRIS, benefits administration, employee files, and internal reporting.
Continuously improve HR operational processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
What we’re looking for:
● A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field; CPHR designation (or working toward it) is considered a solid asset.
● 5–7 years of progressive experience in HR, with demonstrated experience as a strategic partner to leadership.
● Experience in a fast-paced, operational environment—ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial services.
● Solid knowledge of Canadian employment legislation; cross-border (U.S.) HR experience is considered an asset.
● A relationship-oriented leader with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
● Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities with the flexibility to adapt in a growing, entrepreneurial business.
