Responsibilities

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R and gas systems and equipment as required
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC/R and gas systems and equipment
- Provide accurate and timely service reports
- Follow all health and safety regulations

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Ability to work at a steady pace in a secure manner while maintaining quality service
- Able to work with minimal supervision

Qualifications

- Valid 313A Refrigeration Certificate and G1 License along with work experience servicing and installing related equipment for commercial, industrial and institutional clients
- Minimum 5 years of experience as licensed 313A and G1 Technician preferred
- Proven strong diagnostic skills




- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be on an on-call rotation
- Valid Working at Heights certificate
