What We Offer

$25-$30 per hour based on experience

Commission and spiff opportunities that can get you to over $115K a year!

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment

Recommend solutions that meet customer needs

Maintain inventory and materials on company vehicle





Complete service documentation and invoices accurately

Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition

Deliver exceptional customer service on every call

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience

Robust troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
