Join the Child Development Institute as a Hybrid Accountant and play a pivotal role in financial operations supporting children's mental health programs. This position combines financial oversight with leadership in a collaborative team setting. As a member of the Finance team reporting to the Senior Manager, you will oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and manage compliance with relevant regulations.

You will lead month-end and year-end processes while providing guidance to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Your work will be integral to enhancing CDI's mission and sustaining its impactful programs. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall accounting functions and reporting tasks
- Ensure compliance with fund accounting and grants




- Support annual audits and financial controls
- Provide leadership and training to the accounting team
- Drive process improvements within the finance department Requirements:
- Progressive experience in accounting roles with a finance focus
- Background in nonprofit or fund-based accounting preferred
- Experience facilitating audits and compliance activities
- Leadership or coaching experience in finance
