Your Role:

- Optimizethe dailyDental Hygieneappointment schedule(s)to ensure fullutilizationwith minimal gaps
- Effectively manage the recall system andmaintainaccurate, up-to-date patient records
- Encourage patient acceptance of thedentaltreatment plan by meeting their needs, answeringquestionsand creating value for the proposed treatment
- Present treatment options,reviewpayment plans, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patientsto case acceptance
- Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust andloyalty
- Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments
- Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments,submitinsurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner

About You:

- No dental administration experience required — we will provide training and support!
- Dental software experience is considered an asset.
- Previous healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
