Must Have:

· 10+ years’ experience sustaining (e.g., administration, operations, support, patching, monitoring, starting/ stopping) commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) based identity and access management systems.

· At least 4 years’ experience must be related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus. Experience with OIAM 12C is preferred.

· 10+ years’ experience triaging, analysing, diagnosing (i.e., troubleshooting), evaluating options, and resolving application problems, especially those related to identity and access management systems and the above technologies.

· 10+ years’ experience with quality control and assurance methodologies and practices as applied to the implementation of applications with over 10,000 users.

· Experience with Change Management and Release Management as processes supporting the implementation of large applications.

Identity Access Management Consultant

Description

1. Support the development, UAT and Production of PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure environments, including:

· Monitoring the health, performance, and status of service components (e.g., technology stack).

· Starting and stopping service components.

· Backing up or recovering service components (e.g., associated data or configurations).

· Tuning service components.

· Maintaining service components (e.g., applying patches, renewing certificates, or licenses).

· Triaging, analysing, and resolving incidents.

· Identifying, analysing, and resolving problems related to PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure.

· Assessing the impacts of changes on OPS Secure, including changes raised by clients and service providers (e.g., ITS, CompuCom, Telus).

· Documenting maintenance and support requirements and procedures.

2. Provide on-call support for the PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure production environments 24x7.





· Participate in incident management activities as an incident analyst, or tier-2/tier-3 SME.

· Participate in change management as a change assessor, change analyst or application SME.

3. Support clients across the OPS and BPS to support integrations with their applications using PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure for identity and access management by:

· Analyzing client technical requirements, designing approaches/solutions.

· Describing patterns related to integration approaches/solutions.

· Developing processes and plans that support the application of patterns.

· Constructing, testing, and deploying solutions.

· Analyzing and resolving problems encountered during integration.

· Developing utilities, scripts, applets, and reports to facilitate and automate the integration experience.

· Documenting approaches/solutions.

4. Improve the support posture of the PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure team by:

· Developing requirements for support tools.

· Evaluating and recommending tools.

· Installing and configuring tools.

· Developing, testing, and deploying programmatic constructs (e.g., scripts, queries, views, reports, procedures or other).

· Documenting maintenance and support requirements and procedures.

This position is listed as "Onsite"; the resource is expected to work between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.

Skills

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

1. Sustainment of Large Identity Systems: 40%

· 10+ years’ experience sustaining (e.g., administration, operations, support, patching, monitoring, starting/ stopping) commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) based identity and access management systems. · At least 4 years’ experience must be related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus. Experience with OIAM 12C is preferred.





· At least 4 years’ experience must be related to implementations with over 10,000 registered users.

· 3+ years’ experience with the Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for COTS implementations.

· 2+ years of experience with Nagios and other system monitoring tools (e.g., Big Brother).

· Knowledge and understanding of IT security technologies, particularly encryption and authentication technologies such as public key infrastructure (PKI), privilege management infrastructure (PMI) and secure sockets layer (SSL).

1. Sustainment of Large Application Implementations: 30%

· 10+ years’ experience designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining large application implementations based on the following technology products: Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite, OHS, Tomcat, Windows Internet Information Server (IIS), IBM HTTP Server, Apache, IBM WebSphere, Oracle database 19c, Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition, Solaris, Windows, AIX and Linux. · Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes such as Service Level Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Capacity Management.
1. Incident and Problem Management: 20%

· 10+ years’ experience triaging, analysing, diagnosing (i.e., troubleshooting), evaluating options, and resolving application problems, especially those related to identity and access management systems and the above technologies. · Experience with decision making processes.

4. Quality Assurance – 10%

· 10+ years’ experience with quality control and assurance methodologies and practices as applied to the implementation of applications with over 10,000 users.

· Experience with Change Management and Release Management as processes supporting the implementation of large applications.

· Experience with automated testing tools, such as Team Foundation Server (TFS).

· 3+ years’ experience with the Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) for COTS implementations or its predecessors (e.g., Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)) or equivalents.

Pay: $90.00-$110.00 per hour
