We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Caseworker to join our energetic team. In this vital role, you will manage and coordinate immigration cases, ensuring all documentation and processes are handled efficiently and accurately. Your proactive approach will support clients through complex immigration procedures, providing clear guidance and timely updates.

Duties
- Review and proofread all immigration documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards
- Utilize LexisNexis and other legal research tools to gather pertinent information for case preparation
- Manage multiple cases using iManage or similar document management systems, maintaining organized files and records
- Conduct interviews with clients to collect detailed case information and clarify documentation requirements
- Draft legal correspondence, affidavits, and other necessary documents with precision and clarity
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, updating case statuses and maintaining comprehensive case logs
- Assist with filing, organizing, and retrieving case files while adhering to confidentiality protocols
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients,
government agencies, and stakeholders
- Coordinate project timelines, track deadlines, and ensure timely submission of all required documentation
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent proofreading, writing, and legal drafting skills to produce clear, accurate documents
- Familiarity with LexisNexis or similar legal research platforms is preferred
- Experience with project management tools or techniques to handle multiple cases efficiently
- Strong interviewing skills to gather comprehensive client information effectively
- Proficiency in iManage or comparable document management systems is a plus
- Demonstrated research abilities combined with meticulous data entry skills
- Clerical experience including filing, record keeping, and managing correspondence is highly desirable
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate professionally in sensitive situations
