What to Expect

- Residential cleans in your preferred areas across Metro Vancouver
- Jobs assigned through a scheduling app — you accept what fits your week
- Photo check-in of your supply kit at arrival, room-by-room photos on completion
- GPS check-in and check-out via mobile app — our quality control is fully remote
- Consistent weekly job volume once you're established in our network

Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Organize household items and declutter spaces to enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Maintain organized schedules to optimize time management across multiple client locations.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.

Experience

- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Your own HEPA vacuum, mop system,



and a full set of colour-coded microfibre cloths
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for scheduling, photos, and check-ins
- Reliable transportation to client locations across Metro Vancouver
- Detail-oriented and punctual — our clients expect consistency every visit
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple appointments.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and understand their expectations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining reliability and professionalism.
- Experience in customer service roles demonstrates your ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.

This is an independent contractor position, not employment. You are responsible for your own income tax remittances, GST/HST registration (if applicable), and supplying all cleaning equipment and products. We do not deduct taxes or provide equipment.
