We are seeking a motivated and dependable Independent Cleaning Contractor to provide exceptional cleaning services for commercial businesses. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, offices, hallways, etc.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and polished to meet high cleanliness standards.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety during each appointment.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Manage your schedule effectively to complete assigned jobs on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally and courteously.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple appointments.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and understand their expectations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and handling cleaning equipment safely.
- Demonstrated reliability and a proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
