The Role The Industrial Painter is responsible for preparing and painting sawmill equipment and components using primarily quick-dry enamel and two part epoxy coatings, applied with an air assisted airless spray gun. The successful candidate will take pride in producing high-quality finishes while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

What You’ll Do

- Work safely and in accordance with all health and safety procedures
- Wear and properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Clean, prepare, and mask equipment and components prior to painting
- Operate, clean, and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Apply paint to the required thickness using air-assisted airless and electrostatic spray equipment
- Inspect finished products and perform touch-ups or corrections as required
- Maintain a clean and organized painting area
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts as required
- Follow established quality standards and painting specifications

What You’ll Bring





- Minimum 1 year of industrial painting experience or equivalent experience
- Experience with spray painting equipment and techniques
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as required
- Commitment to working safely and following company procedures
