Transform lives as an Infant Toddler Educator with Malahat Nation in Mill Bay, BC. This exciting full time role allows you to nurture and educate children aged 6 months to 5 years in a culturally aware setting. This position reports to the Director of Early Learning Child & Family Supports.
Your main goal will be to implement engaging activities that respect and celebrate Malahat cultural values. In collaboration with your team, you will form positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a supportive and learning-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Design culturally appropriate educational activities
- Build proactive communications with families
- Ensure compliance with licensing standards
- Develop activities that promote personal development
- Maintain confidentiality on all sensitive information Requirements:
- Required ECE Degree and Infant Toddler license
- Current ECEBC license needed
- At least 1-year experience required
- CPR and First Aid qualifications mandatory
