We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and qualified Infant Toddler Early Childhood Educator (ECE-IT) to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Care & Nurturing: Provide high-quality, responsive care to infants and toddlers (ages 0–36 months), including feeding, diapering, routine care, and maintaining active supervision at all times.
- Program Planning: Design and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Communication: Maintain open, warm, and professional daily communication with parents and families regarding their child’s milestones, daily routines, and well-being.
- Environment Maintenance: Ensure a clean, safe, hygienic, and engaging environment that meets all licensing regulations and center safety standards.
- Observation & Documentation: Keep clear records of children’s progress, development, and daily schedules.
- Teamwork:



Collaborate effectively with colleagues, staff, and management to foster a positive, supportive work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Licensing: Valid BC Early Childhood Educator Infant/Toddler (ECE-IT) License to Practice (ECE Certificate with IT specialization).
- First Aid: Current Emergency Child Care First Aid & CPR Level B/C Certificate.
- Clearances: Valid Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector).
- Experience: Experience working with children aged 0–36 months in a licensed child care setting is preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; patient, compassionate, and energetic attitude.
- Immunization: Up-to-date immunization record as required by child care licensing.
