This position requires strong financial operations skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with various teams to meet targets and deliver results.Location Specific Information: This is an in office role, working out of our Burlington, Ontario Canada office.Key Responsibilities:Service Contract Management:Book and invoice service contracts accurately and efficientlyCreate service contracts using Salesforce.ComCoordinate with the field service team to determine service commencement and invoicing timelinesCommunicate order status to internal and external customersIdentify and resolve issues preventing proper and timely order processingReview provided information and reach out to appropriate parties to resolve conflictsCreate purchase orders for third-party servicesSystem and Tool Proficiency:Utilize Navision and Salesforce.Com for order processing and contract creationEmploy Clari, Excel,
