Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering, construction supervision, contract management, infrastructure design review, and implementation follow-up. Minimum Years Of Relevant Work Experience

Experience in reviewing technical designs, BoQs, technical specifications, and engineering reports. Experience in reviewing payment invoices, measurement sheets, and implementation documents.



Experience in preparation of tender documents and participation in tender evaluations. Experience in preparation of technical reports, NTFs, and contract amendment documents. Experience in coordination with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. Valuable command of engineering software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, and MS Office applications. Knowledge of international construction standards and FIDIC contract conditions is an asset. A proven track of excellent communication skills both oral and written. Proven ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and liaison with local authorities. Knowledge of UNDP program management and financial procedures and policies. Knowledge and working experience with UNDP, the United Nations system, and INGOs particularly with governance and recovery program. Required Language(s)

Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is required.
