Our client is a well-established public accounting firm with a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity, and client service excellence. They are seeking an experienced Manager to take a key leadership role within their assurance and advisory practice.

This position is ideal for a CPA with a background in public practice who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to lead engagements, mentor staff, and provide trusted financial guidance to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage tax, audit, review, and compilation engagements for private companies and not-for-profits.
- Oversee the preparation and review of corporate and personal tax returns.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and technical development.
- Manage multiple client relationships and engagement deadlines, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to firm growth by identifying opportunities to enhance client service and operational efficiency.





Qualifications

- CPA designation (CA, CMA, or CGA) required.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, including leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong working knowledge of ASPE , ASNFPO , and Canadian taxation .
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills.
- Proficiency in CaseWare , TaxPrep , or comparable software is an asset.
