Plano Medical Center is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Family Physician to join our growing primary care team. You will manage a diverse patient roster spanning all ages - from newborns to seniors - providing preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and minor procedures in a modern, fully equipped clinic.

Our clinic offers a turn-key practice environment: a ready patient panel, on-site lab and blood work services, in-house specialist referrals (gastroenterology, womens health, pediatrics), and a supportive administrative team that handles scheduling and billing so you can focus entirely on patient care.

• Provide comprehensive primary care including periodic health exams, immunizations, and screening


• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, asthma, mental health, etc.)


• Perform minor in-office procedures such as skin biopsies, wound care, and joint injections


• Provide walk-in clinic coverage on a rotational basis


• Coordinate referrals to in office specialists and external providers


• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EMR and participate in quality improvement initiatives

• MD degree with CCFP certification (or equivalent international family medicine credential)


• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)


• Valid OHIP billing number (or eligibility to obtain one)


• Experience in comprehensive family medicine including pediatrics, womens health, and geriatrics


• Strong interpersonal skills with a caring, patient-centred approach


• Eligible to work in Canada (Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and internationally trained physicians welcome)
