n Accountabilities

Design, develop, evaluate, and maintain complex learning solutions that align with organizational priorities, business requirements, and learner needs.

Execute learning and development strategies, programs, processes, and initiatives to deliver effective and cost-conscious learning experiences.

Measure learning effectiveness and analyze outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations that enhance learner understanding.

Contribute subject matter expertise to learning initiatives, recommending improvements that strengthen customer and learner focus.

Collaborate with agile teams on large-scale learning projects, contributing to planning, development, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Develop and deliver learning solutions that support organizational strategy and encourage the adoption of relevant business skills and capabilities.

Provide guidance, coaching,



and follow-up support for facilitated learning programs.

Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate learning needs into engaging instructional solutions.

Support the integration of talent management practices into learning offerings and help promote a culture focused on continuous capability development.

Use learning technologies and instructional design methodologies to create accessible, engaging, and effective learning experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; a four-year degree is preferred.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field is preferred.

Strong understanding of instructional design principles, including the ADDIE methodology and adult learning theory.

Experience conducting learning needs analysis and translating business requirements into effective learning solutions.

Proficiency with learning and content development technologies such as Articulate 360, Adobe Audition, TechSmith Camtasia Studio, Synthesia AI, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate learning effectiveness, interpret data, and recommend improvements.

Experience developing and maintaining digital, blended, or instructor-led learning programs.

Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, agile teams, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional partners.

Strong project organization and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to complex initiatives.

Creative and learner-focused mindset,



with an interest in using technology and emerging tools to improve learning experiences.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, agile team environment.

Benefits

Expected annual compensation range of CAD 71,400 to CAD 113,925, with the final offer determined based on skills and experience.
