Health is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our Human Resources department.

In accordance with the established vision and values of the organization, and as directed by the Regional Manager, Organizational Learning, the position designs, develops, evaluates, and continuously improves educational programming with a particular focus on microlearning and hybrid delivery modalities.

The Instructional

Designer engages key partners to inform learning and development requirements, as well as the design, development, and delivery of a multipronged and blended learning approaches.



Builds and implements regional and local programs and systems for a variety of audiences and integrates knowledge of adult education methodologies, tools, and techniques into educational programming. Works closely with the eLearning team to coordinate and facilitate a learning strategy that aligns with NH strategic priorities.

Represents the team on internal/external working groups and committees as required.

Starting salary will be approximately from $76,111 to $95,138 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
