Responsibilities
- Design training strategies and architectures for the Teamcenter and NX platforms
- Develop learning paths, curriculums, educational objectives and assessments
- Transform technical content, procedures, simulations and demonstrations into training materials
- Produce instructional design documents and storyboards
- Define and maintain training standards, templates and quality assurance processes
- Supervise and support the team responsible for integrating content into Articulate 360
- Leverage digital learning technologies and generative AI tools
- Review and update training content according to changing processes
- Validate the French translations and ensure the accuracy of the technical content
- Administer and maintain training content in the LMS
- Collaborate with content experts (SMEs), technical teams, and trainers
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in instructional design in the context of digital transformation projects or enterprise systems implementation
- Hold a degree in education,
organizational development, human resources or a related field
- Master instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Design face-to-face, virtual and online (eLearning) training
- Use content creation tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Administer and manage learning management platforms (LMS)
- Develop assessments, simulations and practical exercises
- Demonstrate robust communication, facilitation and facilitation skills
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
