As an Instructor Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing one to one, dyad or group ABA programs under the supervision of a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA)
- Following our policy (staff handbook, health and safety policy, COVID policy)
- Participating in workshops and professional development opportunities
- Collaborating with Senior Therapists, Registered Behaviour Analysts, and Clinical Supervisors to provide safe and effective services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Educational Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree in Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Behavioural Science or related field (minimum)




- Post-Graduate Certificate in Behavioural Science, Autism and Behavioural Science, Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field (preferred)

Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of direct hands on experience in an IBI setting
- CPI and First Aid/CPR Certification
- RBT Course completion is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Organization skills
