Responsibilities

- Actively engage in outside sales and retail sales efforts to identify potential clients and expand the customer base.
- Analyze client needs through detailed discussions and assessments to recommend suitable insurance products.
- Present and explain various insurance policies clearly, highlighting benefits and coverage options to clients.
- Negotiate terms and prices with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting sales targets.




- Maintain comprehensive sales administration records, including client information, policy details, and follow-up activities.

Skills and qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales within the insurance or related industries.
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey complex insurance concepts.
- Skilled in negotiation tactics to close deals successfully while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Must hold a valid RiBO license.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
