We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Insurance Broker to join our growing team. This is a fully commissioned role with uncapped earning potential , ideal for someone who is ambitious, sales-focused, and interested in building and growing their own book of business.

You will not be on your own. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, carrier access, and dedicated internal support to help you succeed and grow your business.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across both Personal and Commercial Lines , developing strong client and carrier relationships while providing tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solid client relationships and grow a book of business.
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Market and negotiate risks with insurance carriers.
- Manage new business, renewals, policy changes, and client inquiries.




- Stay current with insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate client and policy records.

Qualifications
- Insurance Broker or sales experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of Personal and/or Commercial Lines insurance.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- RIBO license or currently working toward obtaining one is required.
