WellCare Oakville North is expanding and seeking ambitious Insurance Producers who are interested in building a long-term career and book of business.

We are open to speaking with experienced RIBO-licensed brokers, newly licensed brokers, and motivated candidates who are currently working toward their license .

This opportunity is designed for individuals who enjoy sales, relationship building, networking, and creating their own opportunities. Producers are supported with access to markets, training, operational resources, and experienced leadership while remaining responsible for developing and growing their own client base.

Who we are looking for

- RIBO licensed, pursuing RIBO, or prepared to complete the licensing process
- Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
- Confident networking, asking for referrals,



and building professional relationships
- Self-motivated, accountable, coachable, and results-oriented
- Interested in committing to insurance sales as a full-time career
- Comfortable working under a 100% commission-based compensation structure with no guaranteed salary

For experienced brokers We are particularly interested in candidates with demonstrated new-business production, referral networks, pipeline management, commercial insurance experience, or an existing book of business.

For candidates newer to insurance

Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, financial services, or community networking can be valuable. We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, prospect consistently, and take ownership of building their business.

LLQP licensing and commercial insurance experience are considered assets.
