Principal ConsultantCanada · Full-Time · Remote (North America-based)The roleWe are hiring a Principal Consultant based in Canada to deliver across our core service lines: Agentic Control Planes, CTO-as-a-Service, Migration and Modernization, Managed Currency, and SaaS Migrations.This is a senior practitioner role. You will operate directly inside client engagements at the principal level, leading architecture, driving delivery, and engaging at the executive layer. You will not be managing a program from a distance. You will be running the day to day operations as the most senior consulting resource locally.ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on cloud and AI strategy, identifying transformation opportunities aligned to regulated enterprise requirementsDesign scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud and AI architectures across AWS and Azure.Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cloud and AI programs — scope, budget, timeline, and qualityEngage directly with C-suite and senior stakeholders, translating technical decisions into business outcomesLead deployment of AI solutions including machine learning, generative AI, and data analytics in regulated environmentsPlan and execute large-scale migrations of legacy systems to cloud, including mainframe modernisationIdentify and mitigate security, compliance, and performance risks across cloud and AI implementationsMentor and develop junior practitioners within the delivery teamContribute to business development, prospect identification, proposal development, and client presentationsStay current on industry developments and bring relevant frameworks and best practices into engagementsWhat we are looking forPrior experience at Lead Engineer, Director, VP, or SVP level inside a highly regulated multinational organisation, financial services, telecommunications, insurance,



or governmentProven track record delivering large-scale cloud migration or modernisation programs ($25M+ program budgets)Hands‑on architecture capability across AWS and/or Azure at professional or solutions architect levelExperience operating in ASEAN enterprise environments is strongly preferredStrong executive presence, you have presented to boards and operated alongside C-level sponsorsMultiple AWS or Azure professional-level certification preferredSingaporean Citizens, Permanent Residents, or candidates with a valid Employment Pass are welcome to applySkillsExecutive stakeholder management, credible and authoritative in front of boards, C-suite, and regulatory bodies in highly governed environmentsDeep technical fluency in cloud architecture, AI/ML deployment, and enterprise data platforms, with the ability to lead design and defend decisions at the architecture levelProgram delivery mastery, structured approach to scope, risk, budget, and governance across multi-year, multi-vendor engagements at scaleCommercial acumen, experience contributing to business development, shaping proposals, and owning program-level financial accountabilityRegulatory and compliance expertise, proven ability to navigate the security, data sovereignty, and governance requirements of regulated industriesCommunication and executive narrative, able to translate deep technical complexity into explicit, consequence-aware decisions for senior non-technical audiencesTeam leadership and capability development, a track record of building high-performing delivery teams and developing practitioners below you.Compensation & ConditionsCompetitive base salary, commensurate with experience.
