Location: Toronto or Vancouver – Hybrid (1–2 days per week in office)

We are sourcing an experienced IT Program Manager to lead the Phase 2 deployment of our QAD Adaptive UX ERP system in Canada .

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ERP implementations along with expertise in managing complex, multi-site rollouts.

Experience in wineries, breweries, distilleries, and manufacturing , as well as familiarity with the Canadian agency model and regulatory environment, will be highly valued.

This role requires strategic leadership, hands-on program delivery, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a smooth and successful ERP deployment.

Responsibilities

- Lead the Phase 2 deployment of the QAD Adaptive UX ERP system in Canada, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites to support ERP deployment and change management.

Qualifications

- Proven experience managing ERP implementations, ideally with QAD Adaptive UX.




- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Epicor, or JDE is an asset.
- Robust project management skills with a record of leading large-scale ERP or IT transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of the Canadian agency model and regulatory environment preferred.
- Industry background in wineries, breweries, distilleries, or manufacturing highly valued.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
