Our client is seeking an Intermediate Project Control Officer (PCO) to support the delivery of complex digital health initiatives, including the Unified Provider Platform (UPP) and HALO projects. The successful candidate will provide project coordination and governance support across multiple technology and business workstreams, working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Support software application delivery teams across Agile and Waterfall projects.

- Coordinate project activities throughout the full project lifecycle.

- Maintain project schedules, release plans, roadmaps, and project documentation.

- Track project status, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.

- Prepare governance materials, status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

- Organize project meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.

- Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders.

- Support delivery coordination for multiple concurrent workstreams and releases.

- Assist with change management and project communications.

Must-Have Qualifications





- 5+ years of Project Coordination or Project Control experience.

- Experience supporting software application delivery teams.

- Solid experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

- Solid understanding of project governance, reporting, risks, milestones, and dependencies.

- Background in Healthcare, Health IT, or Enterprise IT.

- Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or platform implementation projects.

- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

- Experience with enterprise governance and stage-gate processes.

- Public sector experience.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technology, product, business, and vendors.
