Company Description We are a dedicated team of licensed Psychologists and Psychological Associates providing compassionate, personalized care across the Greater Toronto Area.

Role Description "The Internship, Early‑Career Psychologist Position – Supervision Provided" is a full time, on-site role based in North York, Ontario. The intern will conduct intake clinical interviews, assist in diagnostic formulations, and provide individual therapy under the supervision of licensed psychologists. Day-to-day tasks include administering and scoring psychological assessments, preparing treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and participating in case consultations.

The role also involves collaborating with medical and rehabilitation professionals, supporting medical‑legal assessments, and contributing to the development of evidence‑based interventions. Ongoing supervision and training will be provided to support clinical skill development and registration requirements. Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a clinical or counselling psychology graduate program at the master or doctoral level.

Eligibility and explicit intent to pursue registration for supervised practice with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.

Robust foundational knowledge of psychology,



demonstrating comprehensive expertise in empirically supported therapies and established clinical best practices.

Sophisticated understanding of the intersection between clinical psychology and mental health within rehabilitation, disability management, and injury recovery.

Proficiency in psychological intervention, evidencing robust capabilities in the cultivation of therapeutic rapport and the execution of effective crisis management strategies.

Competence in psychological assessment, encompassing the precise administration, scoring, and clinical interpretation of standardized psychometric testing instruments.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clinical records, assessment reports, and treatment plans remain objective, highly precise, and legally defensible.

Comprehensive understanding of applicable Ontario statutory frameworks governing practice, including the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule and the Health Care Consent Act.

Demonstrated ability to function collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team while upholding the highest ethical standards mandated by the regulatory college.

Commitment to continuous professional development, ensuring all therapeutic and assessment approaches are culturally sensitive and inclusive.

Demonstrated interest in trauma treatment, complex rehabilitation, medicolegal evaluations, and long-term psychological recovery.
