Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve category P&L; and GMROI targets
• Create and execute merchandising strategies
• Collaborate with internal and external partners




• Lead go-to-market plans and promotional activities
• Mentor the Category Team and encourage inclusiveness
Requirements:
• Expert experience in buying with retail exposure
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• Strong track record in P&L; management
• Comprehensive understanding of retail processes
• Results-focused with analytical skills
